Third Annual Newberry Fall Market Festival

When: Saturday Oct 3rd, 9 AM - 4 PM

What it is:
A Newberry Main Street festival themed around Americana. We will have vendors, food, and family friendly activities. Additional events being set up are: . This year’s event will take place Downtown Newberry – Newberry Road and the Railroad Tracks just west of 27/41 -- Seaboard Road. All proceeds of the event go to the historical restoration of the Kincaid Building .

Time: 9 AM – 4 PM (Set-up: 8 AM, Cleanup and take down 4-5 PM)
Vendor Registration: (Deadline is Sept. 15th – after that add $25.00)

Newberry designated a Florida Main Street Community

With an excited delegation from the City of Newberry in attendance, the Florida Main Street program named Newberry as a Main Street community. Newberry was one of only two communities to earn this designation in 2006.

Our Project : Renovation of the Kincaid building
Kincaid Building 25370 W. Newberry Rd. --- The only remaining wooden commercial building of historic interest in town is this structure built in 1880 by Stringfellow and Williams and located originally in Jonesville, five miles east of Newberry. It was moved to its present site around the turn of the century by Thomas Kincaid, who opened a general store. For More Information on Historic Newberry, FL
